They are just jealous and upset. They thought they were the best!!! But they were badly mistaken. If after a few days they still act like children then you know that they are not true friends and write them off!
How many times has France beaten Brazil now? Check the records on FIFA's web site! I heard something like 7 times in a row! Not just now and in 98! Even without Zizou France beat Brazil !!! To bad ! Be prepared for when Portugal loses too! They are a bunch of sore losers as well. Which flags will they be waving when both Brazil and Portugal have their buts kicked!!!

Ignore them and keep cheering France. France played much better than Brazil and they deserved to win. Portugal and Italy are also in the Semi-Finals But they won by cheating, but France won the match Fair&Square. You can show your friends the points and I think your friends will be ok with you.
Besides, Its just a football match and its about friendship between different nations. Didn't your friends see the French and Brazilian players hugged each-other after the match? Your Brazilian friends should learn this things from their players.

If they still continue to be this way I wouldn't even bother with them anymore, if they want to be friends they need to make the effort not hate you because France beat Brazil in soccer. That's just plain ridiculous!

i wouldn't worry they will get over it just give them some tI'me..im sure they don't hate you. hate is a very strong word. we just lost to Portugal and i must admit I'm a little angry about the way certain players acted but i wouldn't let that come between my friendship with anyone from Portugal.....by the way congratulations i hope France win the world cup now!

i WOULD AVOID BRAZILIANS FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS..so when we kick your teams ***..without Zidaine...and laugh at you when Portugal beats you....we'll feel better...
I think you lost a few Brazilian fans for a while (a long while)...it is just what it is...the world of football. Don't feel bad though..we've hated Argentina for centuries..regardless of Football...it just makes things worse...when the same team beats us twice...
