It could be rosecea or dermatitus. Go to a dermatologist and they can prescribe something, or you can do an at home herbal remedy. You can find receipes on the internet.

You have what is called rosecea, you can try products from murad, skintactics, and arbonne, they'll smooth out your skin and make your red cheeks disappear, they really work I promise.

There's kind of cream you can put on red skin before applying makeup to neutralize it and make it unnoticeable under makeup. Kohl's sells one: Here's a link so you can check it out: http://www.kohls.com/products/kohls_BB_GS_product_page.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=236352055&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=158118861&bmUID=1151797104575
