in some areas to buy fireworks you must sign a waver that you will not use them in the state of purchase, or have a permit ,,
but really most buy them at road side stands , no questions ask
how ever i will say there very dangerous and every year adults and kids get hurt some seriously i wont go into details but please be careful , if you ask the question i assume you are inexperienced watch the fireworks dont use them enjoy

Legally you should be sixteen yet maximum gas station require you to be 18 with valid identity to guard against any proceedings and such, basically get your mothers and fathers or somebody 18 to get them with you reliable success

money last time i checked. but it depends where you are also. ive been buying them since i was seven. some in texas other times in mexico.
