Gramatically your question and answers are incorrect. Your question should be one of the following:
Do you do it? (Present Simple-General... daily life?)
How often do you do it? (Present Simple-General... frequency?)
Have you ever done it? (Present Perfect.... in all your life?).
The possible answers to your question are:
Yes, I do it.
No, I don't do it.
Yes, I sometimes do it.
I seldom do it.
Seldom do I do it.
No, I never do it.
Yes, I have done it.
No, I have never done it.
Note: "Seldom" is an adverb of frequency, but unlike most other adverbs of frequency, it does not work in a "Yes" or "No" answer, nor in response to a question beginning with "Do". And neither does the word "seldom" work well at the end of a sentence. Some native English speakers have been putting many adverbs of frequency at the end of a sentence. This does not work well with "seldom". "Seldom" should be used as follows:

I only do it on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so I guess I would say YES I seldom do it.
