I am wondering exactly what is entailed in a male full body examination.?

I'd like this info for a fan fiction story I'm writing for a little more realism. I looked at the Net and can't seem to find anything .

They check you out from top to bottom
Eyes/ears/throat/neck/shoulders/heart/lungs/stomach area/genitals/legs/feet/anus
they look for any abnormalities and whether any pains exist
they check for hernias
look at anus for hemorrhoids
legs for straightness and size
they check to see if you can stand still with eyes closed for balance
they look at you overall for skeletal abnormalities
it covers pretty much anything you can think of

That is because there is no one examination for everyone.
A basic one will check your vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature), heart through electrodes, a thorough view of the outside of your body, maybe a scan of the inside to check for brain and heart issues, a blood test for cholesterol and many other indicators that tell you hoe your vaious organs are performing, a questionaire to pick up how you feel, and maybe specific tests to any issues you have that others may not.
