I have the chip and it fits perfectly back onto the bowl, is there any thing i can use to adhere it back on? help!

Any chipped or cracked bowls or plates should be thrown away.
Not only may the chip come out and be eaten, but these things can't be cleaned well. Cracks and chips hold in bacteria.
Best to buy another one.

well i have a chip plate that i can't throw away because i don't have many plates so i just left it with a chip in it if you like your bowl so much you keep it just don't fill the bowl full or just throw it away? you don't want to add anything unsafe to it and then eat out of it.

Superglue. Really. It's used as surgical glue; if you can use it inside a body, you can use it on a cereal bowl.
