I am in a hopeless situation...since our debts has been in my name leaving my strayed husband is not going to be easyu for me. I am all alone in this country and if I were to leave him and return to my country all the debtors (all credit cards) will be my responsibility...I love him so much that I trusted him so much and did not mind having all debts in my name. Help???

There are free credit counseling services available. Check in to those.....Do not file for bankruptcy until you have consulted with a credit counselor.

Start by every week sending a little more in to each debt. Is he not helping you at all with these debts? If not if you two should divorce you can still get half of these paid for by him through the courts, all you need to do is prove these were made while married. A big lesson learned about doing something like this no matter how solid the marriage is or how much you love someone. Nothing it seems like is for a lifetime anymore.

File bankruptcy, interest alone can eat a person alive. Start over and next time don't be so trusting as to have all the bills in your name only.
