When it comes to great love, I believe 1 thing....True love, if your lucky enough to ever find it, is the most rare and wondrous experience we will ever know. Noone should think they deserve it twice. My one wish for humanity isn't world peace.. it's for every living person to know true love, and have it returned, only then can we hope for world peace.

No! Been married 23 years and no! To be kindred spirits means to be of a like mind. The flames analogy, whew............in a marrige flames can be red-hot. Barely burning, got a spark, stoke the fire, nice and toasty, etc. Pick your own cliche!
Marriage is work and commitment towards the work. Great love comes from being with someone who works as hard as you are to create a vision you see together! This is your lover, life partner, best friend, future.
You find love from what elevates you, not compesates for you.

definately yes....I have been fortunate enough to find that kind of love. we are like two peas in a pod...or like peas and carrots, if you prefer....
