I'm a ponderer, I wonder about things, many things and the one that gets me hard is the supposed power of the human mind, telekinesis and the rest, some people can even use remote viewing, "The ability to perceive people, places, events, and objects by directing the consciousness to any destination provided via specified coordinates...".

The psionic or extrasensory or whatever powers of the human mind are still very much doubted.

Consider: telekinesis, for instance, has to generate a field of some sort of energy with the power to move mass--and unless it's a long range field that remains undetected, it's going to decay as an inverse square.

The known forces, as the human brain generates them, are so tiny as to be incredibly hard to detect without direct contact to the skin..

IF the human mind has a hidden power, it's going to have to be handled by an energy/field that is as yet unknown.

I'm not holding my breath on that happening.

Abso-MFing-lutely
We've all heard the hackneyed crap about the average human using only 10% of their brain capacity - any idiot can wonder "What is the other 90% for?"
but you have to carry it further and actually explore the possibilities...
Ever have those days where everything feels synchronized? You know - the timing is just right all day, all your motions feel smooth and fluid, and nothing can surprise you?
That is because humans are naturally connected to the world around them...
Oh and we control time.
Need proof?
Consider that time as a kid when you fell out of the tree and it seemed to take forever to hit the ground - or hell, how about highly trained and skilled test pilots reporting "time dilation", that is, deviations from controlled flight that seemed to last for a good ten seconds when in fact the whole thing lasted maybe two...
Something else: Many experts in various fields believe the human brain to be a "Quantum Computer", that is - capable of processing data in a non-local fashion.
No reason we should have to process data in a linear fashion - every nucleus of every brain cell you own contains DNA sharing one-dimensional space with every other DNA molecule in every other brain cell....
Have a quantum dream a night or two - you'll know then, not just suspect...

OK sh*t now I'm back with an edit: Go online and order yourself a brainwave entrainment CD - theta state on demand

If the human brain has "hidden" powers, then it remains hidden. There is nothing in Quantum Physics that tells us about any "hidden" powers of the mind. Whatever you may have heard, they are just pure speculation or wishful thinking proposed by charlatans trying to sell you books and seminars.

It may be true that our mind possesses capacities that we do not fully utilize, and if we all focus on minds on some particular problem or task, we can do wonders, but this has nothing to do with Quantum Physics or telekinesis, etc. etc.

The best way we can use our brain/mind is to exercise rational thinking, ask questions, and seek true understanding. Don't waste time looking for superpowers or the supernatual.

Too little is actually known today about the human mind. The brain is an endless source of knowledge. The power of the mind is unlimited. Change your thinking and you change your life to put it into a simple concept. When something that simple and powerful can be done just think what else can happen.

We have many hidden powers yet undiscovered by the masses, tappable through our right brain lobes. We were shut off from them when the highest form of intelligence at the time went to two brain lobes (mammals). As we have lived since, learning cause and effect, we have developed circuits between the two sides to reconnect.

Those who can already tap into those powers are just more evolved than others.

i latterly examine something that made me "contemplate". It replaced into mentioned that as quickly as we circulate away the NOW, that's commonly completed whilst our minds wander to the previous or the destiny, we makes blunders. i observed the former day that i replaced into attempting to convey something into my room from yet another and yet as quickly as I approached i could get sidetracked via an previous memory and return to my room empty exceeded. I forced myself to stay interior the NOW and replaced into waiting to end my undertaking without issues. considering the fact that then I extremely have checked myself every time i'm getting right into a daze, and that i hit upon that i'm citing something from the previous or imagining what issues would be interior the destiny. Now i attempt to ignore approximately my concepts as much as a threat and easily stay centred interior the NOW. i'm surprised at the way it makes this style of distinction in my on a regular basis existence and that i no longer flow off of the line whilst i'm driving. So NOW I make it a habit to no longer think of ... and to proceed to be interior the NOW and pay interest to what is going on around me. as long as i will keep my concepts out of it i will stay centred. additionally, I make it a factor to sidestep worry in any respect fees! yet, via removing worry and staying interior the NOW i hit upon that my existence is way less bulky and lots greater exciting!! i'm Dartagnon

In the same way that sometimes people perform extraordinary physical feats under duress, etc., I am sure that the same would be true of mental feats. In other words, that part of the their mind was hidden.

I think there are some who have much more knowledge than others. Some are geniuses and others are not quite as smart. Maybe they have the "Power" of the mind.

If we pull our heads out of our own rear ends, yes. But if we keep being selfish and egotistical, no.

Most people waste their potential looking outward for their purpose.

When we accept that our purpose for existance is to exist, then we will harness that power.
