What keeps deleting my WebPower ADSL Modem Program from my computer?

I keep reinstalling ADSL WebPower Modem Program for my internet connection and after about 10 or 15 minutes it up and disappears from My Network Connections folder and I have to start all over again. It seems like something is deleting it. I have Symantec AntiVirus and Windows Defender on my computer, but that is about all that I can think of.

You should add some anti spyware. I believe your problem may be caused by spyware trying to access your Internet connection.

Two free programs you should get & run about once a week are Spybot and Adaware. You can get them both here - http://www.download.com/

As soon as you download them update their definitions and run them.
