you know the cell phone "brain tumor" studies...well, is having a blue tooth crammed next to your ear any different?

Depends who you ask. Technically it is no where near the same... still people are saying the effects are.

And as most scientists say the effects are nil......

I can't answer about the so-called brain tumor studies. What I can tell you is that there is a heath risk anytime you plug an ear bud into your ear. Too many of you turn the volume up too high. You damage your ears and begin to lose your hearing at an early age.

There have also been reports of increased vehicle accidents due to people focusing on what they are hearing and not paying enough attention to where they are going. That could be considered a health risk.
