I was 14. Had a drug and alcohol problem. Family in chaos. 83 i got married, pregnant, dropped out of school, struggled to make a life for a family, wondered if I did the right thing.
Go back to 82? Yeah maybe! Just to watch this time?!

I was 12 in 82. Would I go through highschool again? Noooooooo. The Regan years? NO. Shoulder pads and big hair? Ugh. Only the counter culture music and fashion was good for awhile in the 80's because everything else was so bad, you had to rebel.

I don't know. It depends. Would I have to be 4 years old again like I was back in '82?

The age? Or the year?
I haven't reached 82 yet, so I can't go back, and don't want to go forward yet!
in 1982 I was relatively happy and raising my first baby. But I remember what came afterwards and so I would not care to go back to that year.

No. The music was awful. The haircuts were atrocious and there was a President in the the early stages of brain disease fighting the nuclear missile fuelled cold war that could have resulted in the deaths of millions at any time.

Nope. Been there, done that, got rid of the t-shirt when it went out of style. As my folks used to tell me when I was a wee tot, "Look where you're going, not where you've been." (Good advice whether it's applied metaphorically or literally.) I'm just too happy living in the moment with an eager eye to the future. :)

I just graduated from high school. I would enroll in a collage far from home and had some fun and at the same time got a college education. I have done allright, but I just wish I had more fun in my life when i was younger.

If I could take the knowledge gained with me. I was just out of college. I hope I'd have the sense to make better choices.
