No. There have been several movies made chronicling the sinking of the Titanic already. Any new movie would have to be just another remake. By the way, one of the best movies about Titanic was A Night To Remember(1958). I would recommend watching it if you can get a copy.

There is no Titanic 2 coming out. Some guy on youtube created his own trailer for "Titanic 2" as a joke..but it isnt real. So no, the story is over and there is no part 2.
