Well we all know that the IN Vier Ment (an agency of the US government) has been ploting the atmospher for quite awhile now.
They will continue to plot it forever, and as long as they are plotting we dont have to worry about them doing anything.
As far as people making Global warming I suggest we make exhaling illegal, our hot breath is just making things hotter and hotter.
Also all politicians should be kept from speaking at all, that will reduce tons of hot air

unless you wipe out the majority of humans, there really is NO SHORT TERM ANSWER, even then if you could, the problems left by use might get worse, look at what happend when nature attemted to take back new orleans, it turned into a water, chemichal, sewage, filth, and death filled lake, thats what would happen to all the earth if all humans died, the filth would need to be cleaned up, but nature has a way of throwing it around, ie stroms
