Just like the plural of fish is "fish." Or like the above guy mentioned about Moose.

For the same reason the plural of Moose is Moose and not Meese.

BECAUSE IT'S A COLLECTIVE NOUN , LIKE FRUIT, FISH ..etc.
THE WORDS CAN BE PLURALISED IN A WAY e.g. fruits of your labour,
the (PL)sheeps' grazing area....

again I haven't got an answer, but it is like VASE the plural is VASE.
