Definitely - ZIdane is the greatest active player alive!!! He is the best since the days of Paolo Maldini and Diego Maradona. He is definitely the best midfielder ever - right beside Maradona. He has made the FIFA all time greats team - among the names of Lev Yashin, the Black Pearl-Pele, Maradona, Maldini, Roberto Carlos, Roberto Baggio, Franz Beckenbauer, Michel Platini, Romario, and the Clockwork Orange -Johan Cruyff. He is AWESOME! He embarrassed Brazil today, and had 5 or 6 opportunities where he deked 5 or 6 players each to get good striking opportunities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I would, without a doubt ! But he is old and he is not at his best anymore. He had retired already but poeple managed to convince him to do the WC for France. The French team is an old team. They are all bold and they all shave their heads to disguise it. Portugal are in top gear.
