Tell your dad. Know where your sister is at all times. Buy your sister a whistle: if this punk DOES try to beat her up, a whistle would be louder than a scream. Also, it brings the adults into the situation.
If your dad doesn't listen, talk to another trusted adult. If you absolutely have to, call the police. Tell your dad BEFORE you call the cops!

If you lose your temper no one will listen to you. Ask for a family meeting and calmly explain the situation to your Dad and his girlfriend in front of your sister and the girlfriends children. If this doesn't work and your worried about your sister's safety find another adult that you trust and try to enlist their help. Pastor, teacher etc. Good Luck

If anyone threatens anyone I love, especially my sister (who is 9) or my mom.... believe me they'll be sorry if I hear it. I am not one who is ordinarily a b*tch, but if someone provokes me like that, watch out. I'm protective of the people I love, because I was stupid enough to let a guy give me bruises and I never want to see something like that happen to anyone I care about.
You should tell your dad about it though, and if he does not believe you, talk to your mom (if she is available) and if that isn't possible you should anonymously call child services and tell them the situation. It might be really hard for you to do, but you need to keep your sister safe because she isn't old enough to defend herself. Good luck, and please email me anytime if you need!

tell your father about this situation. if he does not listen tell his girlfriend. also tell your mother, grandmother,etc. but by all means tell someone as soon as possible.
