dude, it was a fiction book, none of what is told is real, dan brown himself has said many times that nothing in his book is true, its just a story he made up. besides there is actual roman documentation of a jesus of nazareth being crucified during the passover and the release of a prisoner named barabas on the same day. therefore jesus was really tried and executed, you can beleive wethor or not he was the messiah all you want, but you cant deny that the man was killed and buried in the holy lands.

No.....it's a work of fiction. Says so right on the copyright page. And all the people in the world making a big deal out of both the book and the movie need to get a reality check.

I believe in the idea of the book. Meaning that Jesus probably did have a family and that the church wants to hide the real things about Jesus and a God etc.. A lot of the facts in that book have been actually substantiated despite what a lot of people say.

it does bring to light a very interesting theory does it not?
the code itself? no.
the possibility that jesus was a man and privy to the norms of his society and religious sect? yes. why does having brothers and sisters and/or being married and having children take away from his message?
...though it would shake up the "christian" institutions, wouldn't it?

it is fiction. A movie/book that should provide entertainment and conversation. I have not seen the movie, but the book was a fantastic read.

No. IT'S COMPLETELY FICTIONAL AND THERE ARE NUMEROUS MISTAKES WITHIN THE WRITING THAT PROVE IT [TO BE FALSE].
