What doorbell on what station's news?

I watch WFMJ in Youngstown, and the "doorbell ring" is the old NBC ring from a long time ago. It sounds when the weatherman gives the forecast for that night.

you hear a door bell because of short circuiting in the bells wires near the switch.It is rather dangerous one can get an electric shock because of it .If you have these conditions get the wiring checked.
During weather broadcasts ,if you hear humidity is on the higher side the above conditions are supposed to have occurred.
