Atttempting to coerce a child under the age of 13 into having sex. Typical charge levelled against the pervs who prowl chat rooms looking for underage children to have sex with.
Little do they know that we 50-something types are out there looking for them (the pervs!) and will see to it that they get a nice long vacation compliments of the state. ;)

boston did a great job explaining the definition, he's right it means having sex with a minor depending what a minor is considered in ur state of course!!
