Leave some saltine crackers and sprite or 7-up by your bedside and continue this throughout the day. Some women just have morning sickness 24/7 like my sister it just happens that way.

I am six months pregnant and morning sickness doesn't even describe what happened to me(morning, afternoon, and evening sickness doesn't even come close). But my OB prescribed Zofran for days and a liquid for nighttime. You can ask ur OB or you can do what I did..............try to wait it out because my sickness went away when I was about 4 1/2 months. Good Luck!!!

There's a product called "Prego-Pops" that helped me a lot... They're lollipops made with lavender, ginger, rose, licorice and a couple of other flavors and they seemed to work better than regular candy. My sister got them for me in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada but you might find a local supplier.
Club soda or Perrier water (the bubbles helped.)
My friend swears by milk but for me that made it worse.
Sponge Toffee - sugar and soda together.
Peppermint tea by the gallon.
Not to depress you but I'm due in two weeks and it's still there... the Dr. gave me Diclectin Tablets but they didn't work so great for me, plus they're expensive and make me drowsy. Gravol may be okay but check with your OB first and know that it will give you drymouth.

You need to keep food in your belly, when it's empty you feel sick. Dry food like toast or crackers should do the trick.

the best thing to do is eat ginger in some form. But don't be fooled, ginger ale is mostly flavoring. Try putting it into some capsels or try some new recipes.

Trust me, I have four children. The best thing I did was keep saltine crackers close at hand...
