I do not understand why people who do not like Christian music would bother answering this question. The asker did not say: do you like Christain music?! It was: what is the best Christian band. As far as the people who say there are none, that is simply an opinion. Some people don't like or think many non-Christain rock bands are very talented. Some good Christain bands are: Relient K, Audio Adrenaline, Pillar, Burlap to Cashmere, Delirious, Third Day, Building 429, Skillet, Seventh Day Slumber, Liptocol, Mercy Me, Falling Up, Petrol, Geoff Moore and the Distance.

Also my son would like to add, Demon Hunter is Heavy Metal, not rock, also, UnderOath, could be classified as Metal also.

I'm not really into Christian rock, but of the ones I've heard, Switchfoot seems to be the best since their past 2 albums came out.
P.O.D. is really good also, but is kind of a mix of Christian rock and a bunch of other music types.

My sister Likes Casting Crowns...they are pretty good actuallly! Check out their song on 'Praise You In This Storm' and 'American Dream' they are the best of the group. I think you can find there songs on YouTube.com

I like Eisley because they have a unique sound my favorite songs by them are 'Telescope Eyes' and 'Golly Sandra'. Many people might not classify them as a Christain band but I do!

There aren't very many good ones really. Most of them are really similar, and none are very new or creative. There's a certain amount of "oh yay! I'm listening to happy Christian music" but after that you've got realize that the music really isn't that great by technical standards.

I do not know if they are considered Christian, but "sixpence none the richer"

Unfourtunatley ,"Chrisitan bands" stink. THey just lack the passion that rock and role has.

If your into Christian symbolism get into U-2, Especialy their early stuff.
