I am currious, did your doctor give you any info on how to lose the wieght? I am in the same delima, but haven't seen a doctor? I did however have a doctor tell me to lose the wieght but never offered any advise on how too! I have tried everything and it all returns and then some. Stress is a key factor for me! but its impossible to get rid of the stress! My cousin had the gastro bipas done and my aunt and it worked for them. I don't have the means to go that route, have you considered surgery? For some it is the answer, I am not telling you to run out and do this, but it might be worth all the while to do some research. I have found in my research the best way to lose weight and keep it off is the old natural way. excersize, watch what you eat, no caffiene and no junk food. Lots of greens, moderation of fruit and grains. Lots of water! If your looking for a fast easy diet, the atkins worked for me, but once you stop you may or may not gain the wieght back. Lost 45 pounds 3 months. But have heard it has side effects. Good luck! And best of wishes.

Okay. I know this is hard, but you have to stop eating things that are not "Real Food". Such as things that are created by companies...*(i.e... boxed food, canned food, FAST FOOD, etc). You can eat a lot of good tasting food and feel full as well as lose weight and you will lose it fast.
Eat Fruits (apples, oranges, nectarines, peaches, grapes, etc.... all very yummy)
Eat Green leafy vegetables (greens, spinach, brussel sprouts, etc.)
Eat brown rice (not white)... use olive oil or butter ... don't use fake butter or something that we don't know what it is (butter is ok in small amounts ... you're body knows what to do with it...) - but "i can't believe it's not butter"... THEN WHAT IS IT? lol... anyway, stick with basic food items.
Eat chicken, fish, shrimp(baked/steamed/broiled)
AND SEASON EVERYTHING... SO IT TASTES GOOD...
If the food is manmade or pre-packaged,etc... don't eat it. When you go to the store or someone shops for you make sure you don't hit the isles with all the junk (which pretty much is all the isles - except for produce and meat section)... that's all you really need to go down are those two isles.
Drink water ... NO POP... what is pop anyway? a bunch of chemicals. Stick to the very basics and you will see a huge change. Also, I know you will have withdrawls from no pop or fast food, etc... but it's worth it in the end! Good Luck!

you will die if you don't gain weight. 37 lbs! you should be dead already. losing 7 lbs in one week should only be done under a doctor's supervision. to start losing weight, you should eat a high fiber, nutrient dense meal plan that includes a rainbow of fruits, berries, and vegetables. you should be eating lean meats and only about 3-4 oz per serving. you can eat soy nuts and soy crisps, low fat popcorn, low/nonfat dairy products, and whole grain/whole wheat bread, tortillas, pastas, chips, and crackers. stay away from fast food. drink plenty of water and green tea every day and limit your diet soda intake to about 1 can a day if you have a habit. start exercising 15-30 minutes a day. try walking or purchase some Richard Simmons exercise tapes, sit in a chair, and mimic the arm and leg movements. start slowly with walking. you will be able to improve over the weeks and exercise longer. everyone needs to be active and to eat healthy. but, at 43 lbs, you should be gaining weight not losing weight.

I hope you had a type o in this question...it says you only weigh 43 pounds? Did you mean 143? Or 243? Anyway...A soup diet will help you lose alot of weight fast. Look it up on the computer. "Just type in Soup Diet"...Soup, made yourself" with some veggies...Coffee, tea, water, some fruit...My cousin was on this for a few weeks and has lost 37 pounds already...Wow!

ONLY A DOCTOR CAN HELP YOU NOW!Seriously, if you want serious answers, you should be talking to a doctor and a psychologist! You may be addicted to food, it happens. There is help and hope! Take it one day at a time. This did not happen overnight and it is not going to go away over night. Follow your doctor's advice and talk to an attorney too! Get you raffairs in order. Just doing one healthy thing a day will helpyou feel better!

i hope that you actually meant 143 pounds, well depending on your height i think 143 pounds is a good size if your about 5'6-7', but if your like me and paraniod about your weight and the only think that can make you happy is to lose 7 pounds then go ahead. I would recommed an exersice routine that you enjoy and also cutting down, not out on foods that are bad for you or foods that you tend to eat tones of.

When you don't eat, you're body starts going to your fat for nutrients, make sure to drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin. but if you are really hungry, eat a handful of baby carrots or a couple slices of cucumber. Don't eat large portions of anything. Small protions 3 to 4 times a day. And stay away from bread!

Drink a lot of water, flush your system. Park your car at the far end of the parking lot. Walk as much as your health will allow. Don't eat can goods or packaged foods. Eat green leafy vegetables with nothing added, I promise you will not starve to death. If you need something sweet, eat fresh fruit or drink pure juices. Good Luck.
