Yes; but more importantly, Richard Cheney is guilty of treason for running Halleburton and overcharging the gov. during wartime, and selling the government inferior armor and arms during wartime.

The company's name is Halliburton. A company cannot be guilty of treason. Officers of a company theoretically could, but in fact the company was fined (heavily) and hand-slapped for their egregious conduct.

Halliburton is definitely guilty of unethical business practices and is certainly making a small group of people very rich, but not treason, And they will get away with every illegal dollar
