Well, it is possible to contract the hiv virus this way and many other sexually transmitted diseases. If you're worried get yourself checked out at an sti clinic. Also, always remember that if you don't know if you've got a disease, you could be passing it on too your partner. Of course if neither of you has any sti's then u can't create them by having sex. In future use a condom.

It depends. It's all about the transferring of body fluids. The thing about the anal tract is that it can be very sensitive so if you and your gay lover both were clean down there, then it would all depend on the damage you would committ upon the reciever. I would suggest you always start slow if you aren't using a condom. None of that BangBangBang crap.
