yes, technically, but some ppl also call themselves virgings even though they have done every other sexual act imaginable. I think that to be a true virgin one must also abstain from other sextual acts such as oral sex in other to be considered a true virgin. I think that the idea of being a virgin these days have been tainted. Any girl who has done everthing but sex can call themselves virgins, but it should be restricted soely to girls who are truely pure

A virgin who is someone who has never had sexual intercourse of "Any kind"...totally pure.
"But if you want to get totally technical"...no sex...including oral...then you will be a virgin". Buy a promise Ring!!! It will be time before you know it anyway..and you will be sad if you had given it away to someone you thought you loved. Then finally that "Someone" really came along" and you couldn't ....cause you already did! "Hold on to your Heart and body and Spirit" as long as you can" Worship the Creator..."Not the creations..."You will be fine"!
