Cingular! I had their family plan with 3 phones. They have gotten so big, they lost their customer service. I had a problem with my bill, they were double charging me. I called the customer service line and was transferred about five times and finally ended up talking to someone in a werehouse who knew nothing about what I needed obviously so they transferred me back to "who knows where". Finally when I cancelled I received multiple calls and offers to get me back but it was too late. If they tried as hard as they did to keep me after I cancelled I might still be with Cingular.

They still charged me the early cancelation fee of $250 for each of my three phones ($750) and never fixed my double billing problem ($300) even after I told the person who tried to offer me a deal to stay on board.

Now I am with Sprint and loving it! They always answer their customer service line with a real person and I never get transferred AND I get whatever I need taken care of done by the time I hang up the phone!!!!

The question should be "who hasn't?"

My bad experience was getting overbilled then feeling like it took an act of congress to get it corrected. They did eventually fix 'part' of it because a supposedly only a manager could authorize the rest. BUT of course the manager never got back in touch with me and then they said the bill was too old... over 90 days.

I just got screwed so what I did was .... never paid the bill then from that day on I vowed never ever never again in my life will I sign a contract or put my credit card on automatic charging.
