o sr. Parreira and Brazil team did their best and everything was great and beautiful.

France was so great with team cooperation, their move and run were certain. Zidane and Henry both of them led the team to make a goal, Brazil could not demagnetize to let France make it.

I believe Brazil will come back strong next time in 2010, and we really want to see them and their smile again!

Muito obrigada pra vcs, o sr. Carlos Alberto Parreira, o grupo belo do brasil e o tudo gente do brasil!

Brazil itself is of course a very strong team, every single player in brazil should be feared. But they became overconfident, they begin striving for a goal at the very last min, which is a vital mistake. In addition, Brazillians does not seemed as focused as they usually do. France, Thierry Henry, had already said he has exploit throu brazil's defence. Brazil should keep a close eye on him, like how France kept an eye on Ronaldinho. Non of Brazillian's beautiful strikes occured in the match, many awaits Roberto Carlos's powerful strikes 25yards away, with cooperation of Ronaldinho. Carlos Alberto Parreira wanted Brazil to had more ball possesions then jus rushing forward attacking, like they usually do(infact, that's what makes Brazil a fearsome team). But, this time in the match, it seems that Brazil took Parreira's words, and slowed down their attack. Brazil needs previous World Cup 2002 Coach back, Luiz Felipe Scolari(now Portugal's Coach). France had to Shatter Brazil's defence by weakening Both Lucio and Juan, and it happened. Its good that France thought throughly before the match, Brazil will learn from this match, and come back Strong again in 2010.

Parreira is the ONE and ONLY ONE reason that brazil has lost their match ! and if they won over france they wouldnt win the cup COZ OF PARREIRA ! its such a shame to have him as the coach ! even when he won the USA94 the team was criticized for such a poor performance, but like mentioned previously thanx to romario..and thanx to roberto bagio missing his penalty !!!!
how could he start the game with juninho, kaka, and ronaldinho ! 3 midfielders n their job is playmaking..the players were confused what should they be doing...how could he start with only one striker ronaldo ! how couldnt he let robinho play from the first minute !! where was cicinho from the begining !! and the most important thing, where is the team spirit !! where is the chemistry between the players !! can u imagine brazil taking 4 yellow cards in the first half? since when brazilian players r so harsh ? since when ronaldinho cant dribble or pass? since when ronaldo cant score ? since when kaka cant run with a ball?
and in few weeks will see ronaldinho doing his unbelievable skills again in barcelona..as well as kaka in milan, adriano in inter, robinho n ronaldo in real
TO HELL PARREIRA !
brazil is still the number one team, and they'll win the 2010 cup !

I agree. He has to answer a hell lot of questions.

Q.1. Why the fk did Adriano not get included in the starting line-up? And later his overweight theory has to be rubbished by his own substitution.

Q.2. No Robinho? What are you friggin kiddin me?

Q.3. Juninho was substituted mid-way. Then they take Cafu out about 20 minutes later - Cafu should've been substituted and then Juninho retained!

Blame Parreira!

i completely agree with you. he put in a different line up. this is not a time for him to be experimenting. i think that ronaldinho was limited to where he could go on the field by being moved to a striking position, where as he usually plays an attacking midfield player. he also didn't play adriano, which was a complete shock. he didn't play the usual players, which may mave thrown them off a bit.
but then again, they weren't playing witht he passion that brasil usually has, but it's done with. the game is over. nothing can be changed
but i still love brasil. just wait 4 more years, thye will strut their stuff in south africa.
i still love them loads. forever.

He gets part of the blame ,, the players get the rest ,the Brazilians didn´t play as a team ,, no support for each other like the froggies did , Brazil was outplayed by France ,, it shows the froggies did their homework on how to beat Brazil ..Brazil didn´t do their homework ,,

I agree!!! He put on the not so good players in the game, so he couldn't win the match. no chance. i think they were payed to lose... this match represented Brasil as a country without interest and aims, and that's not possible... i hate Henry and that accidental goal... DAMN!!!But,Brazil remains to be THE BEST 4 me,& a lot of people.

He's one of the reasons, yes. Too defensive, and didn't give a chance to the newer talents to show their skills. The other reason is the players being complacent. Well maybe they would be less complacent if their coach allowed them to play the kind of football they want to play...

i do do do!!! Parriera or whatever his name is a clueless man. he plays defensive football nand that does not siut brazil. thats why their games are so dul - ronaldinho was useless and kaka as well. if u watched USA 94, brazil also played defensive (but thanks to romario) they got to the finals, played defensive and won on penalties.

-I mean how can you start gilberto, juninho, ze roberto (what were their roles)?
-Also was he blind to the fact that adriano is overweight and not at his best?
-Why the **** did he not start robinho?
