well it depends on severl things like if you are in school...how old you all are...how long you all have known each other and things like that...so i guess just do wat ur heart feels sry i cant help much...

well if you are friends invite her to the movies alone sometime or to a nice dinner "alone" signals he likes me more than a friend especially if you choose a more romantic movie or a nicer restuarant. If she completely outright says no, than don't take it any farther just value your friendship. If she is someone you barely know strike up a conversation with her about and dislikes, to show you like give her a soft playful smile or come closer if she pulls away than give it time to develop.
