Many times people are bored do to their failure to plan. I'm sure you've heard the phrase, "if you fail to plan" means you by default "plan to fail." Write a list of all of the things you like to do.
What is going on around you in the area that you live? Go to an amusement park, a comedy show, church, the zoo, a museum, a picnic, throw a party, a park, an aquarium, or some place that makes you happy, and not bored.
If you are a people person, go somewhere you know people will be, maybe an arcade, or tour a city. If you prefer to be alone, then that's fine as well. No matter what, realize there is no need to be bored, there is a whole world out there to see. If you like seeing new things, then make a plan to go see something you never saw before, at least once a week, month, quarter, year, etc...
Make a scrap book to keep you in remembrance of all of the things you said that you plan to do, as well as a record of the things you have done. Thinking about good memories is something that can keep you from being bored as well.
Just make sure you aren't depressed, or sad. Cause if you are, then I strongly recommend you speak to a minister, someone at your church that is living the word of God. Studying God's word truly is the best way to keep you from being bored.
