Is there anything like this in other countries?

It is not uncommon in UK central and local government elections for someone to stand as a Monster Raving Loony Party candidate, at their own financial cost, i think. I don't think the party exists, but I'm not certain. I never voted for them (yet), but theyre nice to have around.

Its a poliyical party in the UK for real, although its only for fun, some people probably take it seriously!

Man I just have no idea what you are talking about. Do you mean someone running as an independent and paying for it themself?
