Truthfully, (I don't recommend it) I went to the hospital and (after the fact) they told me my BP was 248/130......oh my! Now I don't smoke anymore!

THIS IS HOW YOU QUIT! (cigerettes)
a. in the MORNING smoke 3 or 5 puffs.
b. put your cigerette down (destroy it)
c. drink some coffee and get on with your
day!
d. whenever you have the urge???
smoke 2 to 5 puffs and put it down
(destroy it)
e. YOU GOT TO WANT TO DO THIS !
f. After about 3 MONTHS well then.....
it's HISTORY......and the rest is up
to you!!!

If you're young and haven't smoked for a long time it's easier to quit cold turkey. If a person smokes alot and for a long time like 20 or 30 years then it's a much different story. Congrats.

help me andrew. the last time i tried to quit i gained 20 pounds in 3 weeks. all that while running 2 miles a day 4 days, and 5 miles on fridays. my body said "i'm hungry" all the time. i came closer to quiting after 30 days in the hole. i had no desire but out of habit started up again. so andrew how will you help me.

Yeah it's what you call will power, which some people don't have.
Also some people work or live with people who smoke so the craving is still there and some are stressed. these people may want to give up, but have things stopping them.
