I've been thinking about this for some time. I feel that psychology is too subjective and vague to be a real science, but I do know that psychology studies adhere to the scientific method.

yes, the study of anything is a science no matter how one may feel. psychology is an ongoing attempt to understand the human mind.

As long as the cientific method is used, it is a science. I know people dont consider psychology as a science because its the study of the human mind, and its something that you cant see, but psychology uses the cientific method. And, in psychology you cannot be subjective, you have to be objective.

I agree with you. Psychology is closer to a philosophy (classical definition of a philosophy as being something we study until we understand it - at which point it becomes a science) than it is to being a science. If it is a science, it's a "soft science" and not a hard science.
