Yahoo anti-virus recongnized it but didn't remove it in the 3 times i tried it. i was wondering if i ran system restore would it delete it?

If its a virus, it may need to be removed before you boot. If you download Avast from download.com after you finish installing it you will be promted to start a boot time scan. Say yes, reboot, and let it run through. The trojan should be detected and you can delete it there.

Many AV applications will not remove an infected file if it's located in Windows Restore folder. They will report finding the file but then indicate it cannot be healed or deleted. Try clearing your System Restore:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Restart your computer and re-enable System Restore.

Try your scan(s) again and see if that was your problem.

maybe but go to www.cnet.com and look for free anti-spyware.perhaps one of those can help get rid of it.if not then do system restore.

i have that trojon on my pc can i get it off
