It would be called a Pengoose and it would basically look like a penguin, but it would have antlers. All the other penguins and moose would laugh at it, and wouldnt let it play reindeer games...oh sorry - wrong question.

it's impossible because their DNA make-ups are too dissimilar. to successfully produce a new species or mix a species thier DNA has to be 99% compatible. for example a human and a rat are 98% compatible with DNA but it's not close enough to cross breed them. it has to be closer and a penguin and a moose are way far apart. understand?

There would be no offspring. The sperm would probally be rejected and no offspring would be produced.
