mine was "Freaks and Geeks", when the Grateful dead song "Ripple" (what a sad song) played while showing a montage of where all the characters were at that moment in their lives. What an emotional, wonderful final episode.

the Freaks and Geeks ending was good, especially when Lindsay walked away from Nick as he was about to dance his disco number. It really showed how everyone was going through life changes.
I'd have to say the most memorable and emotional finale was Six Feet Under. Seeing how the characters you watched for five years died was pretty powerful. And that song! It never fails, I start sobbing like a baby when I see it.

Seinfeld.
It was an amazingly appropriate ending to a show about nothing. They brought back all the old characters, showed how everything Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer had done had affected the people they'd met and then the judge locked them up together. That show was the best and they ended it with class and humor.

Six Feet Under - The final few minutes showed all of the main characters aging and then how they died. It was appropriate for the show, and it was also very moving.

I thought the finale of Newhart (2nd one)
was a blast.
Both Darryl's finally talked ...... and the
end where Bob wakes up in bed next to
Emily (wife from his 1st series) ....... saying
he had the strangest dream, where he owned
an Inn in Vermont was classic.
