sadly enough there is no other steps because we are afraid of change. Just imagine if a baby was born with a tail, they would call it the devil and kill or do experimants on it,when all it was was nature taking it's course and letting us evolve. ...think...

Well if I believed in evolution I would think that the parts of the brains that we do not use we would use and become more intelligent.

As long as we uphold our weak, there will be no survival of the fittest, therefore, no evolution. I'm not saying that's good or bad, just stating the truth.
