Best description of true love?

What is the most moving description you know of love? How about I start with this one (Captain Correlli's Mandolin):

I love this sonnet (116) of Shakespeare. Fave lines being: "Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds" and "it is an ever fixed mark." Love is not easy but real love sees through trials and tribulations and should not be confused with being in love. That is just stage 1.
