I've been living here for 11 years working with tourism.
The first thing you must do is taking a boat to see The Arch, you can do that in a snorkeling trip in the morning or in a Sunset trip in the afternoon (2 hours of party). The glass bottom boat is a tourist tramp, is cheap but not worth.
The second thing is the ATV tours, it's a blast.
The main attractions here are Marlin fishing and Golf, but not for everybody and also very expensive. Any golf course will be amazing: Cabo del Sol, Palmilla and Cabo Real are my recommendations.
As for Hotels, the same, all 5 star hotels will impress you, perhaps is the most difficult decision, and all depends in your budget. If you have a time share, use it, or rent one, that's the cheapest way to stay in a great resort.
For restaurants, try the ones close to your hotel, we have very good ones, everybody will recommend one.
Visit my web site, and enjoy your stay.

just got back...a great time.
Stayed at the Tesoro Hotel. All inclusive optional but recommended.
Partying at Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo is a must!
Water taxi's to the beach.
Tour of the Arch and Land's end. Take a camera.
Be ready to say no gracias a hundred times a day to the vendors. You can make some good deals though.

Sunset/booze cruise 1 night followed by hopping from Cabo Wabo to Giggling Marlin to El Squid Roe and stumbling to find a taxi in the wee small hrs of the am. Snorkel cruise on the Pez Gato, great crew, lots of fun, 1 day just hanging out at the beach bars on Playa Medano, 1 day to explore San Jose del Cabo, great charming town that actually feels like you're in Mexico. In fact I prefer to stay in SJD myself.

I was at Pueblo Bonito Sunset--awesome resort hotel--about 5 minutes from town by cab. Must do: Snorkeling, Parasailing, Late nights at Cabo Wabo, Partying at the Giggling Marlin, and depending on where you are staying---a whole day at the hotel pool :) have a great time

The best hotel is Las Ventanas - so very beautiful, but very pr icy. You must take the kayak ride out to lovers beach, and go snorkel/scuba - again fantastic. One of the best restraints is called "the office" it sits right on the beach, you eat with your toes in the sand!! take a cab there, cheap and worth not hassling with public transport issues. Visit the open are market at the docks, Nert stuff. Best deals from the beach vender's, don't be afraid to deal. have a good time.

I don't know 10 or 5, but I know you must go to the Fin del Mundo (World's end) which is an arch shaped rock, I've seen it in photos and on TV and it is really amazing.
