You should check out the jock rock CD's.... I think there are 2, my soccer team used to listen to them on the way to our games and they always got us pumped

you can get jock jams. i love it for sports or working out. we were aloud to listen to it in our gym class. it gets every one pumped.(without rap)
and if u wont to get u should just got to ur local libray to test it 2 c if it works 4 u and ur team. if it does i suggest that u buy it or burn you a copy.

Green Day is good. One of my friends says Gwen Stefani is great for warming up.I am not a big fan of her though.
