Your question is one that I would love to answer, but it really doesn't matter if you're flawless or not. No one has that ideal face, and neither do I. But, if I had no other choice than to give you my perspective on your question I would choose this - but it doesn't realllly matter if they do this or not. Hilary Duff's sister Haylie needs a majour nose job! Woooops. Slipped out of my mouth. Oh well, she caannnn afford one though.
