Also, the very tip of my penis is awfully sore if i touch it and stung when it was hit by hot water. Perhaps its just a cut up there? The blood came realitvely quickly when i started masturbating

If you really have no idea, and are not trying to be funny, then you need to go to a hospital. You may have an ulcer. I say may, because it is usually blood during urinating, not ejaculating. (You can't do both at the same time)

Hey, don't bother doing too much looking on the internet for an answer, it's mainly wrong and some of the wrong information on here can be sacry. Get yourself checked ou by your doctor or at a sexual health clinic. Blood coming out of your penis isn't normal, but it might be something minor. Whatever's caused it better to find out sooner rather than later, at least if it is something minor you can get it sorted and stop worrying about it. My penis bled once but it was from the little thin string on the back of the penis the frenulum which uncut guys have, it since healed, but your problem sounds different as it's coming from the head. But check the very end of that frenulum string thing at the back of your penis shaft if you're uncircumcised, it could be that which has torn, in which case it's not too much of a problem just give it time to heal! If it was pre-ejaculate it might be one of these reasons....if it happened before pre-ejaculate came out or ejaculation you really do need to get that checked out by a medical professional as soon as possible.
As embarassing as it might be for at your age to discuss this with a doctor, you really do need to take care of your sexual health. Things can go wrong now that can lead to infertility later on down the road, and you'll wish you got that problem/infection taken care of at the time, instead of having to explain to your wife why you can't have any children together.

Seriously, it may be nothing at all, but usually anything that differs from the norm is an indication that something may be wrong. Just to be on the safe side go get it checked out by a doctor. A good motto to follow is "better safe than sorry." Don't stress yourself out about it, but go have it seen about.

I would go to a doctor just to be sure. You could have hurt something or have an infection. And I would lay off the jacking off for awhile.:/
