I've always dug this tune, and I can't WAIT to be able to say the words "President Clinton" again.

This Will Be Our Year
(The Zombies)

The warmth of your love's like the warmth from the sun
And this will be our year, took a long time to come
Don't let go of my hand now the darkness is gone
And this will be our year, took a long time to come

And I won't forget the way you held me up when I was down
And I won't forget the way you said "darling I love you," you gave me faith to go on

Now we're there, only just begun
And this will be our year, took a long time to come

Alright

The warmth of your smile, smile for me little one
And this will be our year, took a long time to come
You don't have to worry, all your worry days are gone
And this will be our year, took a long time to come

And I won't forget the way you held me up when I was down
And I won't forget the way you said "darling I love you," you gave me faith to go on

Now we're there, only just begun

Wouldn't it be nicer to hear the words, "President Rice"? Condi is our pick for 2008.

You can have the Zombies song. We're taking "People Have the Power" by Patti Smith:
-------------------------------------------
I was dreaming in my dreaming
of an aspect bright and fair
and my sleeping it was broken
but my dream it lingered near
in the form of shining valleys
where the pure air recognized
and my senses newly opened
I awakened to the cry
that the people / have the power
to redeem / the work of fools
upon the meek / the graces shower
it's decreed / the people rule

The people have the power
The people have the power
The people have the power
The people have the power

Vengeful aspects became suspect
and bending low as if to hear
and the armies ceased advancing
because the people had their ear
and the shepherds and the soldiers
lay beneath the stars
exchanging visions
and laying arms
to waste / in the dust
in the form of / shining valleys
where the pure air / recognized
and my senses / newly opened
I awakened / to the cry

Refrain

Where there were deserts
I saw fountains
like cream the waters rise
and we strolled there together
with none to laugh or criticize
and the leopard
and the lamb
lay together truly bound
I was hoping in my hoping
to recall what I had found
I was dreaming in my dreaming
god knows / a purer view
as I surrender to my sleeping
I commit my dream to you

Refrain

The power to dream / to rule
to wrestle the world from fools
it's decreed the people rule
it's decreed the people rule
LISTEN
I believe everything we dream
can come to pass through our union
we can turn the world around
we can turn the earth's revolution
we have the power
People have the power ...

I'm inclined to favor the Beatles song on her conceding the election.

I'm a loser
I'm a loser
And I'm not what I appear to be

Of all the love I have won or have lost
there is one love I should never have crossed
She was a girl in a million, my friend
I should have known she would win in the end

I'm a loser
And I lost someone who's near to me
I'm a loser
And I'm not what I appear to be

Although I laugh and I act like a clown
Beneath this mask I am wearing a frown
My tears are falling like rain from the sky
Is it for her or myself that I cry

I'm a loser
And I lost someone who's near to me
I'm a loser
And I'm not what I appear to be

What have I done to deserve such a fate
I realize I have left it too late
And so it's true, pride comes before a fall
I'm telling you so that you won't lose all

I'm a loser
And I lost someone who's near to me
I'm a loser
And I'm not what I appear to be

this is plausible, yet that race have been tight for the previous few weeks, and it got here out very tight. yet on the Republican area Huckabee became making strides to seize as much as McCain in Texas and became unable come on the fringe of the polling archives. So if some Republicans did vote interior the Democratic accepted, then many greater Democrats and Independents voted or McCain to offset the impression of evangelicals, which BTW voted for McCain better than they have been predicted to. So probable not many Republicans voted for Hillary.

Saint-Saens' "Danse Macabre" would be much more appropriate.
