no way... yor going to need a way of getting wireless internet... lots of busnesses have them so u could go near them... or u can go around hunting for them like i did... or you can buy a wireless router if you have a broadband connection... also what i did... its actually really complicated for me to explain... but yull get the hang of it... unless u mean the web browser?... if so get v.2.0 at playstation.com

if there is a wireless access point you can do it wirelessly
your psp can scan for the wireless access points
