Yes, but because they are so dark it's not as easy to see as it is in lighter-skinned people.

Yes. They get all ashy. It's just harder to see until the burn is really serious.

idk about VERY dark skin tones but i know a girl who is half hispanic and when she gets tan it just looks like she is more hispanic but idk
