that would be 8,000,000 and 123,000,000,000.
It caomes out to be 123,008,000,000 ie one hundred twenty three billion eight million. the first entry got it wrong.

what is your precision? if its 3 digits, the answer is 123 billion. could also be 123,008 million or 123,008,000 thousand or 123,008,000,000, etc.
