What is the best game on gameboyDS?

This is really tough to answer. The DS has a lot of good games, and what's best for you may depend on your likes and dislikes. I can reccomend some good titles for you in a variety of genres though.

For racing, Mario Kart wins hands down. It's not changed much from the N64 and SNES versions, but the gameplay even then was pretty much perfect, and you can also hop online and race others with wi-fi.

Metroid prime: hunters is probably the best first person shooter for the system, and the touch screen makes it much easier to control than comparable fps on psp.

For side scrolling, the castlevania series and new super mario brothers are excellent in an old school vibe.

The DS's strength seems to be in quirky, genre-defying titles. Animal Crossing, Nintendogs, Phoenix Wright:Ace Attorney, Trauma Center, and Wario Ware:Touched all show how the DS can be used much differently than a normal handheld.

If you want the best game period, in an argumentative sense, Brain Age literally turned the DS into an obsession in japan. It's probably responsible for its success as a platform, more than any other title. The ironic thing is that it is probably the least hardcore, least game like piece of software next to electroplankton. Nintendo's desire to reach casual gamers paid off big with this title.

I reccomend also browsing sites like gamespot or ign.com. They have review archives for each individual game that might help you find the absolute best, or best for you ds game.

Nintendo DS? Well IMO, I think it is Wario Ware. It uses EVERY feature on the DS. And I think thats what every game should be like. But Nintendo just can't make a lot of inovative games. The same thing will happen to the Wii.

Well I only have two for DS so far but they have good ratings and I like them alot, they are Nintendogs and Animal Crossing, I like Animal Crossing the best because it's fun and helps you learn how to live on your own sort of, very, very fun. Hope I could help.

that dog game. definetly the best, just because i'm a dog lover. not really a good answer to listen to. but i like that dog games, and probably metroid.
