After they allowed gerrymandering that let Republicans gain 6 seats in the Texas House of Representatives by saying one voice, one vote was not threatened, then turning around and said another district in Texas gave Hispanics an unfair advantage, you gotta ask ?
Bush should not have been allowed to appoint so many Justices. It seems to go against impartiality and more towards partisan politics.

For the most part there are political cronies on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Howard Zinn wrote The People's History of the United States, a great book everyone should read, but there is another book by another author (forget thier name right now) who wrote The People's History of the Supreme Court, another essential read. It covers many cases we never hear about. One thing that struck me was the absolute immersion slavery had in our entire way of life, case after case won on the side of protecting slavery in the US. It is a shock that we as a nation ever overcame such a thing. I am seriously surprized! I am willing to bet if it wasn't abolished that in 2006 we would have a nation of people just loving it, these Bushies are such slaveless slaveowners, Barbara! c'mon seriously, Cheney!
I am proud of my country very much when we think of all we have done for progressive politics, I am saddened by the resurgence of such filth that is only subtly hidden in the policies of this current administration and also of many people in the US today.

Stevens, Ginsberg, Souter, Breyer and sometimes Kennedy = clowns who pervert the Constitution to fit their agendas.
Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and Scalia = for the most part respectable, but they too misinterpret the Constitution on occasion to fit their agenda.
