It sounds like bliss.......is from the UK but used in america, one syllable, most americans think its short for something, and its christian....any ideas???

James maybe? The only other president's name that sounds like bliss that I can think of is Ulysses, but that's 3 syllables.

IT MIGHT BE "BYSSHE" AS IN PERCY BYSSHE SHELLY , THE FAMOUS WRITER/POET , WHO'S SECOND WIFE MARY WROTE "FRANKENSTEIN".
IT'S PRONOUNCED LIKE BLISS ONLY WITHOUT THE "L" .
