i got my BL (Boy's Life) mag the other day, read it and got to the think and grin section of it. i usually understand all of the jokes but theres one i dont. - a woman went to the bank to arrange for a loan."i am sorry ma'am but the loan arranger is out to lunch." It's a pun - "loan arranger" is a play on words for "Lone Ranger", whose sidekick was Tonto.
